Nouhad Rizk

Dr. Nouhad Rizk is an Instructional Professor and Director of Undergraduate Programs in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Houston. She holds a PhD in Computer Science from Leicester University (2007) and prior degrees from Nancy University (France) and Lebanon's School of Technology. Her work focuses on innovative teaching methodologies including gamification, peer learning, and adaptive learning systems. She leads the Educational Data Mining group within DAIS, emphasizing data science applications in education. Awards include the University of Houston Teaching Excellence Award (2017).
