Dr. Nora McIntyre is Associate Professor in Educational Innovation at the University of Southampton's Southampton Education School since 2024, with prior roles as Assistant Professor (2021) and Senior Research Associate at the University of Cambridge (2019-2021). She serves as the AI Champion for the Faculty of Social Sciences and leads research on edtech, eye-tracking, and process-oriented analytics to enhance teacher effectiveness globally.
