Noah Wolkowicz

Noah Wolkowicz is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Yale School of Medicine and a licensed Clinical Psychologist at the VA Connecticut Healthcare System (VACHS). He holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Arkansas and completed his clinical training at VACHS. His research focuses on developing digital health interventions for addictive disorders, particularly opioid use disorder among veterans, and examining risk factors influencing treatment outcomes.

Grants: He leads a 5-year VA Rehabilitation R&D Career Development Award (ID: 1IK2RX005015-01A1) to develop a smartphone app supporting veterans in medication-based opioid treatment. This work integrates cognitive bias modification techniques with clinical care.

Labs/Teams: Collaborates with VACHS’s Mental Illness Research, Education, and Clinical Center (MIRECC) and the Corporate Data Warehouse for large-scale veteran health analyses.
