Noah Verboon

Noah Verboon is a Lecturer in the Spanish Foundations Program at Texas Tech University (TTU), affiliated with the Department of Spanish Program within the College of Classical & Modern Languages & Literatures. He holds a B.A. in Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and an M.A. in Spanish from the University of Florida.

His professional focus centers on Spanish language education, particularly service-learning initiatives and curriculum development. He leads the Honors-level Service-Learning Program for the Spanish Foundations Program, collaborating with local elementary schools. He teaches undergraduate Spanish courses, emphasizing second-year level instruction and resource development. Additionally, he mentors new graduate student instructors.

Verboon actively contributes to academic leadership through his membership on the SF Leadership Team and through his role in shaping pedagogical practices in language education.
