Dr. Nithya Natarajan is a Senior Lecturer in International Development at King's College London. Her research examines agrarian change, labour precarity, and gendered debt in South India and Cambodia. She holds a PhD from SOAS, University of London, and leads the GCRF project 'Depleted by Debt,' analyzing climate resilience and microfinance impacts.
