Nishtha Lamba

Dr. Nishtha Lamba serves as an Associate Professor in Psychology at Middlesex University Dubai Campus. Her research spans maternal mental health, surrogacy, cross-cultural psychology, and digital learning environments. She has presented at international conferences including Kings College London and Suffolk University, focusing on surrogacy experiences, and contributed to studies on body appreciation across 65 nations.

Her recent work examines gender bias in student evaluations, avatar perception in online classrooms, and multicultural attitudes in the UAE. Publications appear in journals like Health Psychology Open, Body Image, and Frontiers in Education. She holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge and maintains an ORCID profile.
