Ninna Meier

Ninna Meier is Associate Professor of Sociology at Aalborg University, where she heads the Organizational Sociology Research Group and the Early Career Researcher Development Program. She holds affiliations with University of Oxford and Copenhagen University Hospital.

Her research examines organizational change, leadership dynamics, and relational coordination in public healthcare systems. She developed the 'Context in Action' framework for analyzing how organizational contexts influence change processes. Current projects focus on AI in emergency medicine and cross-sectoral patient pathways.

As lead for PhD courses on academic writing, she emphasizes interdisciplinary approaches to scholarship.
