Nina Srinivasan Rathbun is a Professor, Teaching Stream at the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy at the University of Toronto. Previously, she held a position in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at the University of Southern California (USC). She earned her Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2003.

- International security, with a focus on multilateral nuclear non-proliferation and counterproliferation policies
- European integration, political economy, and democratization in post-communist Europe
- NATO and U.S. foreign policy

- Mentored over 60 students who won prestigious scholarships (Rhodes, Marshall, Fulbright, Boren)

- Worked at the U.S. Mission to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna
