Nina Seppala

Nina Seppala is a Professor (Education) and Deputy Director (Academic Affairs) at the School of Management, University College London (UCL). She previously worked with international organizations like the United Nations in democracy promotion and preventive diplomacy. Her career includes senior roles in business schools focusing on programme development, academic quality assurance, and international collaborations. She serves as a QAA reviewer for business and management programs.

• Education: PhD from the University of Warwick.

Her research focuses on ethical decision-making, behavioral ethics, and corporate social responsibility. She co-authored a textbook on Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility (Cengage), and reviews for the Journal of Business Ethics and Business Ethics Quarterly. She is a member of the Chartered Association of Business Schools (CABS) Research Committee.

Dr. Seppala organizes the Women in Management Book Club at UCL, fostering professional development among female students and alumni. Her work bridges academic leadership with practical ethics education, emphasizing interdisciplinary approaches to business management challenges.
