Nina Goldman

Nina Goldman is an Honorary Research Fellow at the Manchester Institute of Education, University of Manchester, and an Honorary Lecturer at Imperial College London (2023–2025). She holds a PhD in Human Geography from the University of Basel (2021), focusing on influenza immunization challenges in urban settings. Her work bridges human geography, public health, and sociology, with a focus on urban environments, loneliness, and place-based social isolation. She collaborates with the World Health Organization on loneliness policy reviews and advises multinational corporations on global loneliness surveys.

Research interests include urban health determinants, policy analysis, and social inequalities.
