Nina David

Nina David is an Associate Professor at the Biden School of Public Policy and Administration, University of Delaware. She holds a PhD in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Michigan, dual MA degrees in City & Regional Planning and Environmental Science from Ohio State University, and a BA in Architecture from Madras University.

Her research intersects public policy and urban planning, focusing on climate adaptation, equity in energy transitions, collaborative governance, and sustainable development. She leads two research groups: the Sustainable Places Research (SUPER) group and the Living Lab Research group (https://living-lab-1-udel.hub.arcgis.com). Current funded projects include NSF research on local climate adaptation strategies and a Department of Energy initiative on energy justice in offshore wind development.
