Nils Ness

Nils Ness is a Research Associate and PhD Candidate at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), specifically affiliated with TUM Campus Heilbronn. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), specializing in (Gen)AI, ethical AI, and human-computer interaction (HCI).

His research focuses on Human LLM communication, investigating how large language models (LLMs) can enhance understanding and interaction with complex healthcare texts. He also contributes to teaching as a lecturer assistant for courses like Bachelorpraktikum: Human-Centered Artifact Design.
