Nilashis Ghosh

Nilashis Ghosh serves as Senior Lecturer, Postgraduate Course Director, MBA Course Leader, and Accounting & Finance Pathway Leader at Bath Business School, Bath Spa University. With over a decade of academic experience since joining in 2013, he integrates nine years of corporate leadership in India's travel and tourism sector into his educational approach.

His educational background includes an International MBA from Liverpool Hope University and a PhD currently in progress.

Ghosh's research critically examines cultural influences on accounting practices, cross-cultural decision-making dynamics, internal audit independence, and ethical frameworks in corporate governance. He investigates how cultural contexts shape financial reporting standards and managerial ethics, with particular focus on CSR implementation and auditor-objectivity challenges in multinational environments.
