Nikolas Koutras

Nikolas Koutras is a Senior Research Affiliate at the Climate and Atmosphere Research Center (CARE-C) of The Cyprus Institute (CyI). He is a retired Colonel from the Hellenic Army, with a career spanning military service, academia, and industry.
