Niklas Eder serves as a Visiting Lecturer in Law at the Dickson Poon School of Law (King's College London) and holds the role of Senior Policy Officer at the Oversight Board. His work focuses on automated content moderation, systemic risk assessments, and the interplay between AI systems and human rights. Previously, he was a Fellow at Yale Law School’s Information Society Project and a Visiting Scholar at Columbia University.
