Nike Sulway

Dr. Nike Sulway is an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the School of Humanities and Communication, University of Southern Queensland. Her roles include Head of Creative and Critical Writing and Program Coordinator for the Doctor of Creative Arts (DCA). She holds a BA (Creative) and BA (Hons) from Griffith University, followed by a PhD from the same institution.

Her research interests span creative writing, folklore studies, queer writing, and speculative fiction, with a focus on practice-led research and contemporary narrative forms. She teaches courses such as CWR1001 Writing Good Prose, CWR2001 Fairytales and Other Forms, and CWR3001 Writing Speculative Fiction.
