Professor Nigel Bean is a distinguished academic at the University of Adelaide, holding the Chair of Applied Mathematics within the School of Computer and Mathematical Sciences under the Faculty of Sciences, Engineering and Technology. His expertise lies in stochastic modelling, supported by a B.Sc. (Hons) from the University of Adelaide (1988) and a PhD from the University of Cambridge (1993).
