Nienke Kuitenbrouwer

Nienke Kuitenbrouwer is an Assistant Professor at the School of Governance, Utrecht University, specializing in Public Governance and Management. She serves as program coordinator for the Master's program in Public Administration and Policy for Professionals and teaches courses in the Bachelor's program.

Her research focuses on learning processes in teams, groups, and organizations within the public sector. She integrates expertise from public administration and organizational science with practical experience as a coach, trainer, and researcher.
