Nicoleta Meslec

Nicoleta Meslec is an Associate Professor at the Department of Organization Studies within the Tilburg School of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Tilburg University. Her research focuses on team processes, leadership dynamics (particularly charismatic leadership), diversity, and multiple team membership, with applications in healthcare and organizational settings. She teaches courses on Organization Development and Complexity within Organizations, and in 2021 received the Tilburg University Teaching Innovation Prize. Her consultancy work includes evaluating diversity programs for organizations.
