Dr. Nicole S. Fenty is Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Teaching, Learning and Educational Leadership at Binghamton University. She holds a BA from the University of South Florida and MEd/PhD degrees from the University of Florida, with prior experience as a special education teacher in Florida.
