Nicole McGee

Nicole McGee is an Instructor of English at West Texas A&M University (WTAMU), affiliated with the Department of English, Philosophy and Modern Languages. She joined the university in 2024 after completing her graduate degree in English there. Previously, she taught at Amarillo College and the Amarillo Independent School District.

Ms. McGee focuses on manuscript transmission and book history, with a specialization in Medieval Old French Romance and 14th- to 15th-century Middle English Romance, particularly adaptations from Old French sources. Her work bridges textual analysis and historical contexts of medieval literature.

Teaching:

She currently teaches Introduction to Critical Reading and Writing and Introduction to Academic Writing and Argumentation.
