Nicole Kimmelmann is a Professor of Business Education at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU). Her research focuses on competency development in the workplace 4.0, language promotion for migrants in vocational contexts, and resilience in educational and occupational settings. She leads initiatives addressing migration, diversity, and inclusion in vocational education and professional development.
