Nicole Jenkins-Rosenkrantz is an Adjunct Professor at Vermont Law School’s Center for Justice Reform. She currently serves as Director of Community Relations & Diversity Training at Spokane Public Schools, a role she has held since April 2018. Previously, she worked at Spokane County Juvenile Court for 17 years in various capacities, gaining deep expertise in systemic justice reform. Her work focuses on reducing disparities faced by marginalized youth and families of color, advocating for equitable outcomes through innovative programs that disrupt the school-to-prison pipeline.
