Nicole Holt is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Population Health Sciences at the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine, Virginia Tech. She serves as Director of the Master of Public Health (MPH) Program and holds an academic appointment as Assistant Professor of Practice in Epidemiology. Her research focuses on oral health and childhood obesity prevention, integrating epidemiological methods to address public health challenges.
Dr. Holt earned her DrPH, MPH, and BS in Microbiology from East Tennessee State University. She also held positions as Adjunct Assistant Professor at Old Dominion University and Assistant Professor at EVMS.
