Nicole Gillespie

Professor Nicole Gillespie serves as a Chief Investigator (CIH) at the Centre of Research Excellence in Telehealth (CRE) at the University of Queensland's Business School.

Her research spans multiple critical healthcare delivery areas including aged care, business processes optimization, health economics, home care systems, Indigenous health services, small rural hospitals, Store-and-Forward telehealth technology, and broader healthcare technology solutions. As a Chief Investigator, she plays a leadership role in shaping the research direction of the Centre.
