Nicolas Font

Nicolas Font is a permanent Associate Professor at the University of Nîmes specializing in Nuclear Law and State Responsibility. He serves as Animator for Axis 2 within the CHROME interdisciplinary research initiative.

His research focuses on:

• Nuclear regulatory frameworks
• State accountability in international disputes
• Legal dimensions of nuclear energy governance

As a core member of the CHROME research unit, he contributes to projects involving physicochemical analysis, molecular biology, and microbiology platforms. The unit maintains active collaborations through the CHROME Journal and participates in interdisciplinary valuation activities, ethics committees, and mobility programs.

Research infrastructure includes sample preparation facilities and specialized analytical equipment supporting cross-departmental legal-scientific investigations.
