Nicola Power

Nicola Power is a Senior Lecturer in Law at Sheffield Hallam University's Department of the Natural and Built Environment. She holds a BA and MEng from the University of Cambridge and a PGDL in law.

With 15 years of experience as an environmental lawyer, her expertise includes contaminated land remediation, waste management, industrial permitting, and real estate due diligence. She serves on the Yorkshire Contaminated Land Forum Steering Group.

She teaches law modules for surveying, real estate, and construction programs, covering property law, construction law, and environmental legislation.
