Nicky Jones

Dr. Nicky Jones is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Law and Justice at the University of Southern Queensland. She holds qualifications including a BFrLang&Lit from the University of Orleans (1998), a BA(Hons) and LLB(Hons) from the University of Queensland (1997, 2005), a GDipLegPrac from Collaw (2009), and a PhD from the University of Queensland (2004). Her research focuses on law and society, human rights, constitutional law, secularism, and religious freedom. Jones is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Society of International Law, the International Law Association (Australian Branch), and the Law Council of Australia (International Law Section).
