Nicklas Neuman is a Senior Lecturer at Uppsala University’s Department of Food Studies, Nutrition and Dietetics. His work bridges social theory with evolutionary perspectives to examine food’s role in social organization, focusing on topics like food waste, meal-sharing dynamics, gendered foodwork, and weight stigma.
