Nick Wood is an Education and Development Lead at York St John University with a distinguished background in military service and criminal justice reform. After serving as an Aircraft Engineer in the Royal Navy's Fleet Air Arm during the Falklands War and transitioning to civilian life in 1986, he joined HM Prison Service.
