Nicholas Torres is a Lecturer in the Department of Kinesiology at San Francisco State University (SFSU) and Head Distance Coach at College & Stuart Hall High School for Cross Country and Track & Field teams. He holds an MS in Kinesiology from SFSU (2012). His expertise spans coaching methodologies, applied exercise physiology, and strength & conditioning, with a focus on program development for elderly Asian communities and the social-emotional impact of physical activity on caretakers.
