Nicholas Burton is an Associate Professor in the Department of Leadership and Human Resource Management at Northumbria University's Faculty of Business and Law. He serves as Director of Research and Knowledge Exchange, and Convenor of the Responsible Business Hub. His research focuses on strategic management, corporate responsibility, sustainability, ethics, and the interplay of organizational traditions, legacy, and wellbeing. He has published in top-tier journals like the Journal of Business Ethics and European Management Review.
