Niamh Howlin

Niamh Howlin is Associate Professor at the Sutherland School of Law, University College Dublin, specializing in legal history, jury systems, and criminal procedure. Her research reconstructs historical legal practices while addressing contemporary issues in judicial education and courtroom dynamics.
