Dr. Ng Chen Seng is a Lecturer and Principal Investigator at Monash University Malaysia's School of Science, Division of Medical Biosciences. He also serves as Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) Biosafety Officer. Educated at Kyoto University (PhD in Viral Immunology), he completed postdoctoral research at UCLA and the University of British Columbia.
