Nessan Kerrigan is a Lecturer in Organic Chemistry at Dublin City University’s School of Chemical Sciences. His research focuses on developing enantioselective synthetic methods for biologically active molecules, particularly using ketenes and sulfoxonium ylides.
He holds a Ph.D. from University College Dublin and completed postdoctoral work at the University of Glasgow and University of Pittsburgh. Prior to academia, he worked as a process development chemist at Merck.
