Nelia Hyndman-Rizk

Dr. Nelia Hyndman-Rizk is a Senior Lecturer in Intercultural Management at the School of Business, UNSW Canberra. As an anthropologist, her interdisciplinary work bridges intercultural management, global teams, conflict resolution, and entrepreneurship, with a focus on digital nomadism, global citizenship, and education.

• Teaching: Cross-Cultural Management, Entrepreneurship, and Managing People Across Cultures

Her research explores the intersection of migration, gender, and socioeconomic dynamics, particularly in Lebanese diaspora communities and Bangladesh. Key publications include books on Lebanese women's experiences and studies on immigrant entrepreneurship, higher education equity, and civil marriage reform in Lebanon.
