Nele Cannaerts

Dr. Nele Cannaerts is an Assistant Professor at the Erasmus School of Social and Behavioural Sciences, Department of Management and Organisation at Erasmus University Rotterdam. She holds a PhD in Applied Economics (University of Antwerp, 2016) and has been a Guest Professor of HRM at the University of Antwerp since 2018. Her research focuses on crisis communication in public emergencies, organizational ambidexterity in public service delivery, and action research methodologies for societal impact.
