Professor Neil Rankin is a distinguished academic in the Department of Economics at the University of York. He holds a MA and DPhil from the University of Oxford. His research focuses on macroeconomic and monetary theory, particularly dynamic general equilibrium models with imperfect competition, fiscal policy analysis, and sustainability of government debt in open economies.
