Neige Pascal is a Professor of Paleontology at the Université de Bourgogne Franche-Comté, specializing in cephalopod evolution, Jurassic stratigraphy, and biodiversity dynamics. He leads the SAMBA research group within the Biogéosciences laboratory. His work integrates morphometric analyses, phylogenetics, and geochemical methods to study evolutionary patterns and paleoenvironmental changes. He teaches paleontology courses in undergraduate programs and co-ordinates international programs such as the MesoLab ERASMUS+ project.
