Neha P. Raukar

Roles & Affiliations: Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN. Serves as Consultant in the Department of Emergency Medicine with leadership roles in academic development, diversity initiatives, and sports medicine policy. Active in national committees including Society of Academic Emergency Medicine (SAEM) and National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS).

Education: MD from Howard University College of Medicine (2002), MS in Physiology (2005) from New York Medical College, BS in Chemical Biology from Stevens Institute of Technology (1994). Completed Emergency Medicine residency and Primary Care Sports Medicine fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital.

Research Interests: Focuses on athlete health (sudden cardiac death, exertional heat illnesses, concussion), geriatric emergency care, and addressing systemic inequities in healthcare. Leads initiatives on gender pay gaps, leadership development, and horizontal violence reduction in medical training.
