Prof. Nearchos Paspallis is the Head of the School of Sciences and Professor in Mobile and Distributed Systems at UCLan Cyprus. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Cyprus (2010) and has extensive academic leadership roles, including Deputy Head of School (2020–2022) and Chair of the Teaching and Learning Enhancement Committee (2018–2023). His teaching responsibilities include leading the BSc (Hons) Computing program and delivering modules on software development, mobile computing, and algorithms.
