Ndeye Ba is an Associate Professor in the Department of Languages, Literatures, and Cultures at Toronto Metropolitan University. She holds a PhD in Comparative Literature and Culture from Western University, an MA from the University of Nebraska, and a BA from Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar. Her research focuses on postcolonial dynamics, linguistic equity, and plurilingualism, examining intersections of language, power, identity, and literature.
Dr. Ba’s work has been published in journals including Voix Plurielles, French Cultural Studies, and African Journal of Literatures and Humanities, as well as with McGill-Queen’s University Press. She is affiliated with the Yeates School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.
