Nathaniel Tetteh is a Lecturer in Employment Studies, specializing in Human Resource Management, Employment Relations & Law. He holds a PhD in Business Management from the University of Manchester (awarded 2020), an MSc in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Manchester (2013), and a BA in Business Management and Human Resource Management from the University of Keele (2012).

Recent publications highlight trends in employment relations within multinational corporations operating in Ghana, with a focus on how international private regulation interacts with local labor dynamics. His work contributes to the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) of Quality Education and Decent Work.
He is currently a Governor at Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust (since 2022) and an Eccles Councillor at Salford City Council (since 2021).
