Nathan Zhang

Nathan Zhang is Senior Lecturer in Hospitality and Tourism Management at Oxford Brookes Business School, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in hospitality management, international business strategies, and research methods. His research examines risk management applications in hospitality and tourism organizations.

Current investigations explore behavioral aspects of risk-taking in international hospitality contexts, risk governance frameworks for tourism enterprises, and optimal risk strategies for international expansion and social entrepreneurship ventures. Recent publications analyze Gen Z workplace preferences and crisis communication effectiveness.

He serves as peer reviewer for leading hospitality journals including International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management and Service Industries Journal.
