Nathan Gorham is a Part-time Instructor at the University of New Brunswick's Faculty of Law. He holds an LL.M. from the University of Toronto (2015) and law degree from Queen's University, with undergraduate studies at Saint Francis Xavier University. His appointment is explicitly part-time.
Research addresses miscarriages of justice in bail systems, wrongful convictions, and legal ethics, with publications analyzing defense strategies in sexual assault cases, racial profiling, and parole eligibility. Current doctoral work examines systemic flaws in Canadian bail administration.
