Nathalie Subtil

Nathalie Subtil is an Associate Professor and Academic Director at NEOMA Business School, leading the Accounting, Control & Legal Affairs department. She specializes in the intersection of numerical representations, managerial responsibility, and organizational ethics. Her career began at Arthur Andersen, transitioning into academia while maintaining strong industry ties through audit sector collaborations.

Research focuses on how quantitative metrics influence managerial accountability, with emphasis on CSR reporting and auditing standards. She co-founded the Consulting and Auditing excellence program within NEOMA's Grande Ecole curriculum.
