Prof. Dr. Natascha Oppelt is a Professor of Physical Geography at the Geographical Institute of Kiel University (Germany). She leads the Remote Sensing and Environmental Modelling group and serves as the Director of the Institute for Geography. Her research focuses on process-oriented environmental observation using remote sensing and modeling techniques to analyze global environmental changes.
