Dr. Natalie Redcross is an Associate Professor in the Media & Strategic Communication Department at Iona College. She holds a Ph.D. from Howard University, an MS from Iona College (1996), and a BA from Iona College (1991). Her career spans journalism, education, and nonprofit PR, with notable work in Los Angeles and New York. She co-authored Data-Driven Public Relations Research, a groundbreaking textbook in the field.
