Natalie Maughan

Natalie Maughan is an Assistant Professor and Lab/Simulation Coordinator at Roseman University, specializing in nursing education, simulation training, and clinical practice. She holds an MSN-Ed (2015) and BSN (2015) from Western Governors University, and an RN from Stevens-Henager College (2009). Her career spans over 15 years in clinical nursing, healthcare administration, and nursing education, with expertise in medical surgical nursing, maternal newborn care, wound care, and aesthetic injectables.

Her research focuses on nursing education innovation, including telehealth integration (2021), student success strategies (2020), and obesity prevention (2014). She developed the nationally adopted 'Orientation Success' program for healthcare staff (2016) and has presented at ARN conferences. She is a Certified Botox and Filler Specialist with injection training since 2015.

Leadership roles include Curriculum Committee Chair, SNA Adviser, and Health Assessment Team Leader at Roseman University. She has contributed to peer-reviewed publications, abstracts, and simulation curricula while maintaining certifications in ACLS, BLS, and telehealth training.
