Natalie Cunningham is a Senior Lecturer in Leadership for Development at the Global Development Institute. Her research focuses on leadership development, organizational culture, and qualitative research methodologies including constructivist grounded theory, Interpretive Phenomenology Analysis (IPA), autoethnography, and narrative research.
